Ingredients

2 cups macaroni

1/2 onion, minced

1/2 cup nonfat evaporated milk

1 medium egg, lightly beaten

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 and 1/4 (4 ounces) cup low-fat cheddar cheese, finely grated

Directions

Cook the macaroni according to the directions on the package, but do not add salt to the pot. Drain well.
