Ingredients

500 gr. chopped mushrooms

100 gr. of onion

1 clove garlic

1 liter of vegetable broth

a few sprigs of parsley

4 tablespoons of olive oil and salt.


Instructions

Wash the mushrooms and chop them.

Julienne the onion and fry it in a saucepan with a little olive oil. Once the onion is very tender and has acquired a translucent appearance, add the mushrooms and the minced garlic clove.
