Ingredients
- 400ml fresh cream
- 300 grams strawberry
- 1 cup Milk
- ½ cup sugar
Method
- Add milk and sugar in a saucepan and cook for about 5 to 10 min on medium heat.
- Stir it continuously until it thickens and changes the color.
- Remove it from the flame and leave it to cool down.
- Meanwhile cut strawberries into small chunks, if you want smaller pieces chop it in the chopper.
- Whip cream for 5 min, do it with a whisk or with a hand blender.
- In the cream add milk and sugar mixture.
- Mix it well.
- Add strawberries in the mixture and fold gently.
- Now cover the mixture with cling wrap and freeze for 4 to 5 hours, for best results freeze it overnight.
- Voila your ice cream is ready.
- Scoop it in a bowl and serve.
