strawberry ice cream


Ingredients

  • 400ml fresh cream
  • 300 grams strawberry
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ cup sugar

Method

  • Add milk and sugar in a saucepan and cook for about 5 to 10 min on medium heat.
  • Stir it continuously until it thickens and changes the color.
  • Remove it from the flame and leave it to cool down.
  • Meanwhile cut strawberries into small chunks, if you want smaller pieces chop it in the chopper.
  • Whip cream for 5 min, do it with a whisk or with a hand blender.
  • In the cream add milk and sugar mixture.
  • Mix it well.
  • Add strawberries in the mixture and fold gently.
  • Now cover the mixture with cling wrap and freeze for 4 to 5 hours, for best results freeze it overnight.
  • Voila your ice cream is ready.
  • Scoop it in a bowl and serve.
