Tπ—Άπ—½π˜€:

1. use REALLY dark chocolate for the most intense flavour. i love crave dark chocolate for this

2. make sure all your ingredients are at room temperature

3. for better results use the best quality cocoa powder you can find, but to be honest it really doesn't matter.

4. please invest in kitchen scales.

5. don't overmix the batter after adding the flour

6. baking time depends on your oven. keep a close eye. the brownies should look cooked (not liquidy) & a skewer inserted in the center should come out with only a few crumbs stuck. they will cook further as they cool

7. the amount of nutella on top is a personal priority. there is no judging here

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

happy baking!
