beef chili dry


Ingredients

  • Beef undercut thin strips
  • Green chilies
  • Ginger
  • Chopped garlic
  • 2 to 3 tbsp. oil
  • Crushed red chili
  • 1 cup chicken stock

For Marination

  • 3 tbsp. Corn flour
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 tbsp. white pepper
  • 1 egg
  • Soy sauce

For sauce

  • 2 tbsp. Oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp. chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • Chicken powder
  • ½ tsp. black pepper

Method

  • Add thin strips of undercut beef in a bowl, marinate it with corn flour, all-purpose flour, white pepper, egg and soy sauce. Leave it for 24 hours.
  • Remove seeds from green chilies and cut them in julienne.
  • Also cut ginger and add ginger and green chilies in iced cold water for about an hour.
  • Now prepare the sauce.
  •  Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, hot sauce, chili garlic sauce, sugar, chicken powder and black pepper in a bowl and keep it aside.
  • In a pan add chopped garlic in 2 to 3 tbsp. of oil.
  • Add crushed red chili in the oil.
  • Cook it for a minute or two.  Make it sizzle and add 1 cup of chicken stock.
  • Now add the marinated beef in the pan, cook for a while.
  • Add the prepared sauce in the pan and cook until done.
  • Add chilies and ginger at the end.
  • Your delicious beef chili dry is ready!!
