Ingredients

  • Garlic
  • Mushroom
  • Butter
  • 1 tsp. red chili flakes
  • Oregano
  • Tarragon leaves
  • Broccoli
  • Macaroni pasta
  • Cream
  • Chicken powder
  • ½ cup milk
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Granulated garlic
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Salt
  • White pepper

Method

  • Sauté garlic and mushrooms (I used black mushrooms and button mushrooms both) in butter.
  • Add red chili flakes, a bit of oregano and tarragon leaves.
  • Steam broccoli for 1 to 2 minutes, then add it in the pan.
  • Boil pasta according to you pack’s instructions.
  • Add boiled pasta in your vegetables.
  • If you are using dried black mushrooms then put it in hot water for an hour before cutting.
  • Add salt and white pepper.
  • Mix everything well.
  • Add cream and chicken powder.
  • Add half cup of milk, mozzarella cheese and granulated garlic.
  • Now take it out in an oven safe dish and top it with cheddar cheese.
  • Sprinkle with oregano and terragon leaves.
  • Bake for 10 mins or till the cheese color turns golden brown.
