Ingredients
- Garlic
- Mushroom
- Butter
- 1 tsp. red chili flakes
- Oregano
- Tarragon leaves
- Broccoli
- Macaroni pasta
- Cream
- Chicken powder
- ½ cup milk
- Mozzarella cheese
- Granulated garlic
- Cheddar cheese
- Salt
- White pepper
Method
- Sauté garlic and mushrooms (I used black mushrooms and button mushrooms both) in butter.
- Add red chili flakes, a bit of oregano and tarragon leaves.
- Steam broccoli for 1 to 2 minutes, then add it in the pan.
- Boil pasta according to you pack’s instructions.
- Add boiled pasta in your vegetables.
- If you are using dried black mushrooms then put it in hot water for an hour before cutting.
- Add salt and white pepper.
- Mix everything well.
- Add cream and chicken powder.
- Add half cup of milk, mozzarella cheese and granulated garlic.
- Now take it out in an oven safe dish and top it with cheddar cheese.
- Sprinkle with oregano and terragon leaves.
- Bake for 10 mins or till the cheese color turns golden brown.
