Ingredients
- Pita Bread
- Mozzarella cheese
- Tomato sauce or pizza sauce
- Toppings of your choice
(red onion, olives, mushrooms, corns, cherry tomatoes, basil leaves etc.)
Method
- Cut the pita bread in the middle and divide it into two.
- Line a baking tray with butter paper and arrange your pita bread on it.
- Spread tomato sauce on each pita bread.
- Spread the grated mozzarella cheese on the bread.
- Slice tomatoes and top your pizza with it.
- You can top it with any of your favorite veggies or cooked meat.
- Bake your pizza in the preheated oven at 390F/200C for about 10 min.
- Voila your delicious pita pizza is ready.
