10 Minute Pita Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

  • Pita Bread
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Tomato sauce or pizza sauce
  • Toppings of your choice

(red onion, olives, mushrooms, corns, cherry tomatoes, basil leaves etc.)

Method

  • Cut the pita bread in the middle and divide it into two.
  • Line a baking tray with butter paper and arrange your pita bread on it.
  • Spread tomato sauce on each pita bread.
  • Spread the grated mozzarella cheese on the bread.
  • Slice tomatoes and top your pizza with it.
  • You can top it with any of your favorite veggies or cooked meat.
  • Bake your pizza in the preheated oven at 390F/200C for about 10 min.
  • Voila your delicious pita pizza is ready.
