In this recipe I'm going to teach you how to make pasta arrabiata. I love that the sauce is one of Italy's classic sauces it's simple it's delicious it's so easy to do. You can also use a not too spicy chilli so the children will gladly eat it or omit it completely and replace it with paprika, it will give it a truly unique flavor! So let’s move to the recipe.

Servings: 4 people
Ingredients :
380g of penne or other short pasta
250g of tomato sauce
80g of black olives
Salt to taste
extra virgin olive oil to taste
a clove of garlic
half onion
fresh parsley as required
half a hot pepper
Preparation:
With the preparation of dried herbs, simply add a spoonful
of them in a drizzle of oil, fry it, add the tomato pulp and the olives and
cook it for 10 minutes on a high heat first and then another 10 on a low heat
for the pasta it is ready.
If you want to waste a little more time then fry the diced
onion, crushed garlic and chilli in a little extra virgin olive oil, add the
parsley and olives and then the tomato pulp. Cook for 10 minutes then add a
glass of water, season with salt and lower the heat.
Cook the pasta and drain it directly into the sauce. If the sauce is too narrow,
add a ladle of cooking water and let it absorb for two minutes, stirring
constantly.
Pasta is ready to serve.
