Ingredients
4 chicken breasts, skinless, cut into strips
1 cup of chicken broth
4 teaspoons soy sauce
1 green bell pepper, julienne
1 red bell pepper, julienne
1 yellow bell pepper, julienne
4 celery stalks, diced
4 chives stalks, minced
1 clove garlic
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
to taste of pepper
Preparation
Heat vegetable oil in a medium skillet. Sauté the chicken
pieces until lightly browned. Remove the chicken from the skillet.
In the same pan, and with the remaining fat, sauté the
garlic.
Add the peppers, celery, and Chinese onion. Sauté a few
minutes and add the chicken and the broth.
Season with salt and pepper.
Boil until the chicken is tender and the liquid has reduced
slightly.
