Ingredients

2 cups sliced ​​mushrooms

3 tablespoons butter

1 Can Evaporated Milk

50 grams Roquefort cheese

1/2 cup American type cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 Pasta Package (200 g) cooked and drained spaghetti

1/2 cup Emmental cheese

 

Instructions

Boil the pasta according to pack’s instruction.

Sauté the mushrooms in the butter and add the Evaporated Milk and cook for 5 minutes. Add the cheeses except for the Parmesan. Continue simmering until a thick sauce is made.

Pour the sauce over the pasta and stir. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top and bake at 210 ° C for 5-10 minutes.

 Serve hot.

Culinary Advise

To keep the Parmesan cheese longer, it can be wrapped in plastic wrap at 4ºC in the fridge.
