Chicken Club Sandwich

Chicken Club Sandwich


Ingredients

4 slices of bread

2 cup of mayonnaise

1 medium capsicum chopped

1 medium carrot chopped

2 hard-boiled eggs chopped

1 cup Boiled and shredded chicken

Black pepper on taste

Chicken powder

Method

1. Cut the edges of bread.

2. Mix capsicum and carrot in ½ cup of mayonnaise and add pepper in it.

3. Mix boiled eggs in ½ cup of mayonnaise and mix black pepper.

4. Mix shredded chicken in ½ cup of mayonnaise and add ½ tea spoon of chicken powder in it.

5. Now take your bread and spread capsicum and carrot mixture on first layer.

6. Now put second piece of bread upon first one and spread chicken mixture on it.

7. Now put 3rd piece of bread on 2nd one and spread your egg mixture on it.

8. At last put the last piece of bread on top of the sandwich and grill the sandwich.

9. Cut the sandwich diagonally and serve it with chili garlic sauce and fries.   

 Note

If you wanna add cheese, lettuce or any other fillings it totally depends on your choice.
