INGREDIENTS

4 Chicken Breast Fillet Very thin butterflies

1 pinch to taste of salt and pepper

1/2 Cup of Chicken Broth

1 cup crumbled ricotta cheese

2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

1/2 Cup of White Wine

2 Tbsp chopped fresh oregano

2 Royal Lemon sliced

4 garlic cloves, minced

2 Tbsp  Olive Sunflower Oil

 

PREPARATION

Arrange the chicken fillet on a clean surface.

With a thick brush, brush with oil and salt and pepper.

Add the cheese, oregano, garlic and lemon zest in a balanced way.

Locate the narrow end of each fillet, roll and wrap with kitchen twine.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

In a hot, ovenproof skillet, add the oil, wait a few seconds, and add the chicken breasts until golden on both sides.

Bake for approximately 7 minutes.

Pour in wine, broth, and lemon juice.

Bring to the cook again and leave for 10 minutes for the flavors to concentrate.

Cut the fillets and brush them with the sauce and lemon wedges.
