INGREDIENTS
4 Chicken Breast Fillet Very thin butterflies
1 pinch to taste of salt and pepper
1/2 Cup of Chicken Broth
1 cup crumbled ricotta cheese
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup of White Wine
2 Tbsp chopped fresh oregano
2 Royal Lemon sliced
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp Olive
Sunflower Oil
PREPARATION
Arrange the chicken fillet on a clean surface.
With a thick brush, brush with oil and salt and pepper.
Add the cheese, oregano, garlic and lemon zest in a balanced
way.

kitchen twine.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
