The recipes use measuring containers with a
volume of:
- 1 cup (St.) - 240 ml.
- 3/4 cup (St.) - 180 ml.
- 1/2 cup (St.) - 120 ml.
- 1/3 cup (St.) - 80 ml.
- 1/4 cup (St.) - 60 ml.
- 1 tablespoon (tbsp. L.) - 15 ml.
- 1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 tsp. olive oil (plus another 250 gr for lubrication)
- ready-made pizza dough room temperature
- 1/3 tbsp. and 2 tbsp. l. dark barbecue sauce
- 250 gr. skinless chicken breast fillet
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 2/3 tbsp. (90 gr.) Grated smoked gouda cheese
- 2/3 tbsp. (90 g) grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 small head of red onion, cut into thin rings
- Fresh cilantro leaves, for sprinkling
Method:
- Place a baking sheet in the top of the oven and heat at 220 ° C. for 30 minutes.
- Brush parchment paper with olive oil.
- Place the dough on parchment paper and form with your hands into a round layer 25 cm in diameter.
- Spread the dough with olive oil, cover with another sheet of parchment paper.
- Leave the dough to rise for about 30 minutes.
- Mix in a small bowl 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce and 1 tsp. olive oil.
- Place the chicken breast in a baking dish, season with salt, pepper and grate with the barbecue sauce mixture.
- Bake the chicken breast in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes.
- Refrigerate, then dice the meat.
- Uncover the dough and spread 1/3 tbsp. BBQ sauce, leaving 2 cm on each side.
- Top with layers of chicken, gouda, mozzarella and red onion.
- Transfer the pizza with parchment paper to a hot baking sheet and bake until the cheese melts and the crust is golden brown, 20 - 25 minutes.
- Sprinkle the pizza with cilantro leaves.
- Serve hot.
