1.Periwinkle Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
1 ½ frozen bananas
Handful of frozen blueberries
Pinch of blue spirulina
Method
Put bananas and blueberries in a blender and blend.
If your blender stops blending, use a spoon to loosen the
fruit.
Blend until smooth.
Add a pinch of blue spirulina and blend.
Garnish it with cereal, blueberries, blackberries and
pumpkin seeds.
2.Seashell Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1 frozen mango
1 tsp. of blue spirulina
Method
Put banana and mango in a blender and blend.
If your blender stops blending, use a spoon to loosen the
fruit.
Blend until smooth.
Add a tsp. of blue spirulina and blend.
Top it with cereal and seashells (frozen coconut milk)
3.Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
1 ½ frozen bananas
Spoonful of peanut butter
Chopped Peanuts
Method
Put bananas and peanut butter in a blender and blend.
If your blender stops blending, use a spoon to loosen the
fruit.
Blend until smooth.
Add chopped peanuts and mix.
Garnish it with cereal, peanuts, chocolate and pumpkin
seeds.
4.Cookies And Cream Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
1 ½ frozen bananas
Cream filled cookies (I used oreos)
Method
Add bananas and cookies in a blender and blend.
If your blender stops blending, use a spoon to loosen the
contents.
Blend until smooth.
Break cookies and add to smoothie.
Mix well.
Top it with cereal, chocolate and cookies.
5.Pink Pitaya Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
1 ½ frozen bananas
Handful of frozen dragonfruit
Pink pitaya powder
Method
Add bananas and dragonfruit in a blender and blend.
If your blender stops blending, use a spoon to loosen the
fruit.
Blend until smooth.
Add pink pitaya powder and mix well.
Garnish it with balled dragonfruit and raspberries.
6.Pina Colada Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
1 frozen banana
Handful of frozen pineapple
Splash of coconut milk
Method
Add banana, pineapple and coconut milk in a blender and
blend.
If your blender stops blending, use a spoon to loosen the
fruit.
Blend until smooth.
Top it with yogurt, pineapple and pumpkin seeds.
