This orange cake recipe is very easy, rich and inexpensive to prepare. This fluffy cake is ideal to share at snack time with tea or coffee.

Ingredients
1 cup of orange juice
3 cups of wheat flour previously sifted
1 cup of sugar
½ cup oil
3 eggs
Zest of an orange
2 teaspoons baking powder
Preparation
Pre-heat to 350 F (180 C). Grease and flour a cake pan.
Separate the yolks from the egg whites, beat the whites
until stiff and set aside.
Place the oil, sugar and yolks in a bowl. Beat until the
mixture is homogeneous. Add the zest and orange juice and mix well.
Add the baking powder and flour little by little.
Incorporate the beaten whites until stiff, with enveloping movements with a
spatula to keep the air in the egg whites.
