Garlic Bread

Ingredients

1 loaf of bread

3 tablespoons of butter

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 garlic

1 pinch of minced garlic

1 pinch of black pepper

20 grams of grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons of grain salt

1/4 bunch of fresh parsley

1/4 bunch of basil

Instructions

Finely chop the garlic, parsley and basil. Cut the loaf of bread into slices no larger than two fingersthick.

In a bowl add the butter, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix until everything is incorporated, add the cheese and ground garlic.

When you have a creamy paste add the garlic, parsley and basil. Spread the pasta on both sides of each slice of bread and bake for 10 minutes at 180 ° or until crisp.
