Ingredients
4 Pieces Chicken thigh
5 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt with garlic powder
3 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup water
2 sprigs fresh coriander
Instructions
1.-Arrange the chicken pieces, the butter in a pot, sprinkle
the salt with garlic powder, the coriander, the Worcestershire Sauce and the
water. Cover the pot.
2.-Cook for 15 minutes over low heat, then uncover and turn
the pieces so that they brown on the other side. Cover the pot again and cook
for 10 more minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve hot.
